If you own a Windows computer, download and use Free Natural Reader
If you own a Mac, Click on System Preferences-->Speech-->Set a key (use "Control+Option+T"). Once you have the program installed (Win) or the Key set (Mac) you will be able to hear any text you highlight on your screen.
